The timeline is the focal point of the Mansonian Institute 4 Urban Study interactivity, & it includes a image of the Man from every year with vital statistics from the event (population, height of the man, theme, & humorous facts\quote). The timeline is 150' x 12' worth of vertical banners, posters and mems mounted fronting the street for easy access. Newbies & not so newbies all can learn something new about Burningman history. Tubatron, the Flaming Tuba Guy is the artist and his take on Burningman themes through the years are funny, irreverent, & always incorporates "man" iconography. Mansonian docents greet visitors, offer to answer questions about Burningman history, & gift swag (stickers, post cards, & transfers). We answer every question asked, often accurately. Our expanded Museum Annex contains various items too precious or spectacular to be described or believed.
