Do you feel "okay" dancing in public but wish it felt easier? Do you feel so self-conscious about dancing that you watch from afar until the alcohol has kicked in, and then maybe dance? Are you frozen at the mere idea of actually dancing in public?

In this workshop you will learn 9 exercises that will help you:
. Liberate yourself from fear
. Break through insecurities
. Get in touch with your body, and,
. Most importantly, learn how to rock out on the dance floor without giving a damn what anyone else thinks!

We will also discuss limiting beliefs around dancing in public, and explain and demonstrate "liberated dance."

Absolutely no prior dance experience necessary....and if you've got dance experience, come inspire others!
